Trullo dei Pini is a four-bedroom country villa set in 10,000 square metres of private grounds at Sessana Grande, the stretch of Pugliese countryside lying about halfway between Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica, seven minutes by car from each. Extensively renovated and finished to a beautifully high standard, it is a dialogue between a 19th-century trullo and the clean lines of a modern Italian villa, with century-old olive and almond trees standing across the grounds and open country in every direction.
At the heart of the main house is a large kitchen, dining and living space, airy and dual aspect, its doors and windows opening towards the terrace, the grounds and the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with double ovens, a hob, a dishwasher and a bean-to-cup coffee machine, with an indoor dining table for eight and a comfortable lounge alongside it with a television, Netflix and Spotify. A utility room holds a second fridge, and air conditioning runs throughout.

This home and Trullo were absolutely beautiful. The garden was impeccable and beautiful. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds and linens were comfortable. The surroundings were peaceful and private. The host and property managers were so incredibly helpful and went out of their way everyday to make sure we had everything we needed including recommendations and making reservations at restaurants. Brought a cake for my birthday that was delicious. This Airbnb is magnificent. A wonderful place to make your hub while exploring the region of Puglia.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Trullo dei Pini. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. The outdoor area is gorgeous. We loved spending time around the pool and the beautiful covered seating area. The interior is very stylish and bright with lots of light coming into the main living room/kitchen. We enjoyed making several meals in the kitchen. The location is very convenient to Ostuni (10 minutes) and to seeing other highlights in the region. Alex and his team in Puglia were very responsive and helpful. We would love to return one day.

Relaxing getaway with a nice homey feel. The caretakers were very responsive and things were pretty seamless. The mattress seemed a little hard to me, but I had the same experience at 3 other properties in Italy, so perhaps that is the norm. Alex was VERY attentive and accommodating. It was a lovely stay !!!
