Our partners, our knowledge of the area, and our operational network are all concentrated in Puglia. We are not a generic villa platform expanding into a region; we are a specialist operator built for it.

Our booking platform, property management system, channel manager, and owner dashboard are all built in-house and live. That means cleaner reporting, a faster pace of improvement, and a direct-booking environment built to a luxury web standard, rather than a templated PMS front-end.

Channel Listing & Revenue Management

Commercial partnership for owners who already run their own operations.

  • Manage the entire guest and operational journey
  • Apply the Sassi Villas Collection Standard to the home
  • Coordinate cleaning (passed to the guest) and maintenance (at cost)
  • Install and operate property protection through Minut
  • Provide professional photography

A proprietary platform

Our booking platform, PMS, channel manager, and owner dashboard are all built in-house. That means a direct-booking site built to a luxury standard and a faster pace of improvement than any third-party stack.

Intelligent and human guest care

Routine questions (check-in, wifi, local recommendations) are handled straight away. Anything needing judgement or warmth is picked up by the team. Guests are always looked after; owners carry none of the operational burden.

Plans 2 and 3

Property protection, quietly done

Non-invasive, privacy-conscious monitoring through our partnership with Minut. Excessive noise, smoking, unusual occupancy, and internal climate. No cameras, no microphones recording conversations.

Through Holiday PA, guests have access to a curated range of premium in-villa services and local experiences. Enhances the stay and creates an additional revenue stream for owners on qualifying bookings.

Enquire

Send us the details of your property through the form below. Photos, location, and a short description are enough to start. If the home fits the Collection, we will be in touch within a few days.

Visit and plan

We visit the property, walk through presentation and operations with you, and confirm the right plan. If we are not the right partner for the home, we will tell you.

03

Onboard and launch

Photography (on Full Property Management), the listing build, and the commercial setup for your chosen plan are put in place. Founding properties are being accepted now ahead of our summer 2026 launch.
