Our booking platform, property management system, channel manager, and owner dashboard are all built in-house and live. That means cleaner reporting, a faster pace of improvement, and a direct-booking environment built to a luxury web standard, rather than a templated PMS front-end.

  • List the property on the Sassi Villas platform
  • Give guests access to Holiday PA services and experiences
  • Run the AI-assisted guest concierge for routine guest questions, with escalations passed to you
  • Apply GEO and SEO optimisation to the listing
  • Provide guest screening and property inspection
  • Provide the owner dashboard and reporting

Channel Listing & Revenue Management

Commercial partnership for owners who already run their own operations.

10% of rental income, after OTA platform fees

  • Manage channel distribution, listing presentation, and dynamic pricing
  • Run the AI-assisted guest concierge for routine guest questions (escalations pass to you, same as Plan 01)

Run the physical property (cleaning, maintenance, in-person operations) and take escalations from the concierge when guests need a human.

Full Property Management

End-to-end management for owners who want a hands-off partnership.

20% of rental income, after OTA platform fees

Owners who want their property professionally managed to a luxury standard, with no day-to-day operational burden.

What we do
  • Manage the entire guest and operational journey
  • Apply the Sassi Villas Collection Standard to the home
  • Coordinate cleaning (passed to the guest) and maintenance (at cost)
  • Install and operate property protection through Minut
  • Provide professional photography

Our AI-assisted guest concierge handles around 99% of routine guest questions instantly (check-in, wifi, local recommendations, simple logistics). On Plans 01 and 02, anything it can't resolve passes to you. On Plan 03, our team takes the escalations.

Non-invasive, privacy-conscious monitoring through our partnership with Minut. Excessive noise, smoking, unusual occupancy, and internal climate. No cameras, no microphones recording conversations.

Enquire

Send us the details of your property through the form below. Photos, location, and a short description are enough to start. If the home fits the Collection, we will be in touch within a few days.

Visit and plan

We visit the property, walk through presentation and operations with you, and confirm the right plan. If we are not the right partner for the home, we will tell you.

03

Onboard and launch

Photography (on Full Property Management), the listing build, and the commercial setup for your chosen plan are put in place. Founding properties are being accepted now ahead of our summer 2026 launch.
