Sassi Villas is a luxury-first villa management and booking platform in Puglia. For guests, a small, curated collection of villas, masserias, and trulli, bookable directly and hosted attentively. For owners, a partner that positions, presents, and looks after each home with care.
We are a new business with a proprietary platform built entirely in-house. Being new is why our standard is uncompromised and our platform is modern.

Our partners, knowledge, and operational network are concentrated in one region. We are a specialist built for Puglia, not a platform expanding into it.

Owners choose between a platform listing and full property management. Both plans are commission-based, with no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no subscriptions. We earn when the owner earns.
