Where we are
Villas across Puglia,
by where you want to be.
Sassi Villas operates in Puglia, in the south of Italy. The Collection is concentrated around Ostuni, and we also cover Polignano a Mare and Monopoli on the Adriatic coast. Each town below has its own character, its own drive times, and its own reasons to choose it.
Destinations in Puglia
Ostuni
Lime-washed streets
Ostuni is a whitewashed hill town in the province of Brindisi, looking out across olive groves that run down to the Adriatic. It is where most of the Sassi Villas Collection sits, and where our team is based.
Brindisi (BDS). About 40 minutes by car.
Polignano a Mare
Limestone cliffs
Polignano a Mare is a clifftop town on the Adriatic in the province of Bari, built along the edge of a limestone shelf above the sea. It is the most photographed stretch of coast in Puglia, and the reason is obvious the moment you stand on it.
Bari (BRI). About 35 minutes by car.
Monopoli
A working harbour of red and blue gozzi
Monopoli is a working port town on the Adriatic in the province of Bari, with a walled old quarter around a natural harbour. It is larger and less polished than its neighbours along this coast, which is much of the appeal.
Bari (BRI). About 45 minutes by car.
