Casa Rocco is a beautifully restored retreat set within a small olive grove estate just four minutes by car from Ostuni along a quiet country lane. Sleeping four guests across two separate structures, the property pairs an architect-designed main house, built around a historic Lamia vaulted ceiling, with a private guest house 95 metres away, each with its own kitchen and outdoor space. Partial sea views and, after dark, the glow of Ostuni's white rooftops complete a setting of quiet, uninterrupted calm.
The main house centres on its restored Lamia vault, now a bright sitting room with views across the pool, the aranceto and the surrounding olive groves. The bedroom, with its en-suite bathroom, opens onto east- and south-facing stone terraces, while the kitchen occupies a naturally ventilated pergola structure beside a shaded dining area. Local stone floors, double glazing and a walk-in shower run throughout, with shutters at every window for dark, quiet nights.

It is a real paradise on the outskirts of Ostuni, overlooking this beautiful city. The house is very tastefully furnished. You have plenty of space and a fantastic garden, more like a park, with old olive trees, beautiful plants and a pool in which you can also swim laps. Paul is a wonderful host, always available and extremely kind. He gave us lots of great tips. We couldn't have found a better place. The evenings under the olive trees with a glass of wine will certainly remain unforgettable. It was hard for us to leave. We would be very happy to come back.

Paul and Milla were fantastic hosts! The two guesthouses were perfect for our family of 3. The pool and views are amazing, along with the immaculate landscaping and olive trees. Attention to detail was remarkable; we had everything we needed. So quiet and peaceful yet so close to walkable Ostuni, and a great location for quick day trips in the area. Hope to get back there again soon!

What can I say, we loved Casa Rocco, having stayed in several places over the years we are so pleased we found Paul's place. We loved that we could walk into town through the olive groves, a real bonus, and if walking is not your thing; it is only a five minute drive to the nearest car park. Ostuni has so many great restaurants we were spoilt for choice. Paul's house is incredibly welcoming, it feels like a real home and with the fireplace making it so cosy. Especially in February when it can be chilly in the evenings. We loved the garden with all the beautiful olive trees and all the seating areas around the outside of the house. You really do feel as though you are in the countryside with the added bonus of a fantastic view of Ostuni (especially at night). Paul was an attentive host and very easy to communicate with. Now we have discovered Casa Rocco we will definitely be back in the summer.
